To start off there was easy access into the property with a key pad entry on the front door which was communicated to us one week before arrival. Once inside the villa was just as it shows on the pictures. The pool was lovely as was the outside area. The 3 bedrooms were decent sizes and the living area was perfect for our families needs. We used the garage for the car on an evening, we had an electric car, that we could plug in overnight to drip feed charge into it (this was enough as the theme parks were so close), the other advantage was that the car wasn’t hot to start with on a morning. We encountered the air conditioning not feeling too cool one morning when we woke up, I contacted Olga via the messaging portal, she got someone round to look into it for us, the unit was broken, this was replaced that afternoon so by the time we got home, this was sorted and the villa was cool again. We had a really nice time at the villa and communication with Olga was great, can’t fault any of it, thanks once again. Couldn’t fault it, suited us and our family perfectly.
